The decertification on the human rights seems to surprise Venezuela to the principal authorities of the country. One of the reasons that caused all the protests was the elimination of the private ownership and the political prisoners, for example: if some mass communication media were transmitting informations against the government of a repeated and continuous way, in the time and the space, and putting into practice the laws approved by the national assembly on this matter, supported in these laws, which in spite of the referendum, where I win for democratic majority, "NOT", to abolish the private ownership and other one approved laws, ignoring this referendum, automatically were closing it and were expropriating his goods. This way also with the private banks, if they owed something to the government and it was not knowing with the laws of the republic, they were closing them and were expropriating it. If some commerce was not informing the government about the prices of the articles, according to the free competition of the market, they were closing it and were expropriating it, they apply this method to the farms, household chores, buildings, in everything, this is the root of the protests of the country. And if they are to the persons to whom they are speaking continuously against the government, like the political opposition of any democracy of America, that they do not speak in favor of the shift government, without legal tests, it is a political prisoner. This has generated violent protests, with the costs of human lives. For this reason it is quela office of the human rights has expressed resolutions against the shift government.
